Guidelines:
  • Fee Structure
    Unless expressly stated, registration fees encompass tea breaks, lunch, and access to all conference sessions and activities (exclusive of closed-door meetings and specially designated events). Participants will receive conference materials, including but not limited to programs, China SAE Congress proceedings, and public reports collection (distributed via email/SMS within one-month post-conference).
    Note: Transportation and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the attendee.

  • Discount Eligibility
    Group Registrations require consolidated payment from a single entity.
    Personal Members of the China SAE may register via their membership email to access exclusive discounts. Annual membership fees: ¥200. Apply at: http://huiyuan.sae-china.org/member/
    Paper Authors registering with the email linked to their paper submission qualify for automatic discounts.
    Invited Speakers, Chairs, Panelists, and Review Experts will receive a registration code from the organizing committee.
    Full-Time Students must upload a valid student ID during registration; approval is required for activation.

  • Invoice Details

    Type: For foreigners, we can provide English invoices, but if you need a Chinese VAT Ordinary Invoice (e-invoice/paper) or VAT Special Invoice (paper), please contact us.

  • Cancellation Policy
    Substitution: Participants may transfer registration to colleagues at no additional cost.
    Refund Requests: Email lhs@sae-china.org, confirming invoice status.
    Full Refund: Available if cancellation is requested by 21 October (24:00) and no invoice has been issued. Any bank charges incurred are the payer's responsibility.
    Post-21 October, cancellations are prohibited; substitutions are advised.

    On-Site: Alipay or WeChat only (early payment recommended to avoid delays).
